Created by Sandrysabel Ortiz, a 23-year-old entrepreneur with a degree in finance felt the need to “dress up” the shoes that many women have overflowing from their closets. The Heel Condom allows women to add some versatility to a pair of heels that they already own and adding some flare to a look.
