Lucy Normans Lula Dot design studio out in the UK say they “aim to upcycle London’s waste into lasting beauty,” Sounds  really clever but shows forth a force of effort. I just find it quite amazing when someone can take something of lesser, or asthetic perceived value and turn it into something as beautiful as what you see above.

Designed by Ka-Lai Chan, these lamps are made out of one cable with a combination of crochet and knitting techniques. These lamps are truly unique and seem as though they offer  intimate lighting.

I Need a Vacation

This pad inspires me to get my degree and start my daily grind to succeed. Just the thought of having a place like this to come home to  is like a dream come true. Some people are given wealth but most people  earn it. The intent of this design was to create a party suite with a modern, airy, Miami feel.Laid-out like a party lounge, a solid-surface DJ table in “Milk Glass” foregrounds the second most noticeable feature: a wall of turntables and jam boxes framed in LED-lit alcoves. The primary challenge was a demanding timeline, having been hired late in the construction process.
