After 10 years of ups and downs for the New York Knicks yesterday’s acquisition of Amare Stoudamaire proves New York’s basketball team is looking up from this point on. The $100 million dollar man said “The Knicks are Back” after rejoining his former coach. Amare’s numbers for the past two season have decline since the departure of Coach Antino. With the season approaching in October all we can do is wait and see who he is surrounded by!

Which Way Will He Go?

by soulAREclips

As the clock runs out for the July 1st date (the day when teams will start making attempts to sign free agents), no one has a definite idea where the superhuman basketball athlete Lebron James will end up in the upcoming season. Many franchises are making trades and other moves with the anticipation that they will acquire money to attract the superstar, but most of these teams’ attempts will not result in acquiring the King. NCAA: Where “This Other Sh!t” Happens

by soulbydapound

Ever been in a situation where something crazy happened and all you thought was…. “This is some bullsh!t” ? Well, NC State experience that first hand in their Sunday (January 3rd) game against the Florida Gators. In the last 2 seconds of the game, NC state was at the free throw line with a 2 point lead. In this case, why make the second free throw? You can miss and force Florida to throw up a Hail Mary shot; well they did and they got a Hallelujah! Chandler Parsons, the 6ft 9, Junior Forward , hit a 75 foot buzzer beater, totally crushing NC State’s spirits. The missed free throw may have cost NC State the game, but the buzzer beater shot by Parsons for the win….. was priceless.

Who said the excitement of breaking backboards has come to an end? I don’t know but Tiny Gallon of of Oklahoma showed Gonzaga and spectators that it still happens. On an attempted alley-oop from teammate Willy Warren, the 6ft. 9, 296 pound Freshman forward went up but took the rim down with him. Unfortunately the dunk attempt was missed, but the play still brought a lot of excitement on the New Year’s Eve. What a amazing way to end off the year, hopefully the next attempt, he will actually get the dunk. I guess the NBA isn’t the only place Where Amazing Happens.
